Microbiologist

Phoenix Central Laboratory is seeking a clinical microbiologist to work part-time in a high volume veterinary laboratory located in south Everett. The qualifications required to fill this position are as follows:

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical microbiology experience, preferred
• MT/MLT certification or equivalent
• Experienced in reading plates
• Ability to handle a high volume workload in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: must be able to accurately and efficiently enter, print and proofread data (clinical reports)
• Ability to cooperate with others as a member of a professional team

This is a part time position, three days per week.
