Lisa Dzyban, DVM Diplomate, ACVIM Small Animal Internist

Dr. Dzyban brings with her more than 16 years experience, 12 of
those as an internist, and has a strong background in oncology,
cytology and ultrasound. She received her DVM degree from the
University of Minnesota in 1990 and spent the next four years in
general practice. From 1994 to 1997, she completed an internal
medicine residency at Tufts University College of Veterinary
Medicine in Grafton, Massachusetts, and then moved on into
practice. In May 1998 Dr. Dzyban passed the ACVIM certifying
examination.

After receiving her ACVIM certification, Dr. Dzyban continued
practicing internal medicine at hospitals in California and
Washington, most recently at a referral-only, 24-hour emergency
and critical care facility. Her services included ultrasound;
endoscopy; chemotherapy; parenteral nutrition and specialized care
for endocrine, hepatic, gastrointestinal and renal diseases.
Additionally, she provided continuing education opportunities to the
public, veterinarians and technicians through lectures, journal
publications, newsletters, newspaper articles, radio interviews and
via the Internet.
