- History:
- Female spayed 7 year old Lhasa apso. Mostly a “lap dog”. Recently switched from normal adult maintenance dog food to senior maintenance. Over last couple of months, owner noticed decreased appetite and energy as well as occasional vomiting and soft stools. Owner thinks dog has lost a little weight. Recent travel to northern California for 2 months – not on heartworm preventative.
- Physical Exam:
- Normal appearance. Some discomfort on abdominal palpation.
