Dr. James Klaassen received his DVM from Michigan State University and his PhD in clinical pathology at WSU. He is board certified in clinical pathology and has extensive experience in directing laboratory budgets, managing and supervising personnel, providing pathology services and consultation in the multi-million dollar veterinary diagnostic arena.
Dr. Klaassen has seen it from all angles; the small private, the large corporate, and the research side of veterinary laboratory medicine. His heart is in diagnostic laboratory medicine and he looks forward to bringing his knowledge and experience to Phoenix to help us grow into the future.
